ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours from the time they are placed.
Once the order has entered processing or shipping status, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
International shipments also cannot be recalled, rerouted, or returned once dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, fit preferences, or change of mind. Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and size charts before placing your order.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before purchasing if they need help with sizing or product details.
Exchanges or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
• The item received has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item or wrong size was shipped
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package via info@accox-acx.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Full unboxing video (required for all claims)
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Any approved exchange request must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Items returned without prior written confirmation from our team will not be accepted.
Sale items, discounted products, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for shipments affected by unpaid customs fees, refused customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, or failed delivery caused by the recipient.
